Baby first birthday cake.  Chocolate with oreo bottom layer, strawberry lemonade top.  All covered with Vanilla fondant.  Gumpaste crown.  Fondant decorations.

"The Man"

I had a request to make an "Irish Car Bomb Cake" in the shape of a beer mug.  I was super excited to try a cake flavor I have never done and a fun shaped cake.

So it is a Chocolate Guinness Cake with a ganache filling and Bailey's liquor buttercream.  It was actually really good buttercream.  I think I tried quite a bit.  :)

Here is how the cake turned out. 

SouthPark

Got a request for South Park Cake.  Characters cut from gumpaste.  Time consuming.. but it turned out cute.

New Cakes

Sometimes it takes me a while to post new cakes.  But here are a few I've done since my last post.

Spongebob cake.  Spongebob is made of Rice Krispy Treats.

The birthday girl said she liked pink, zebra stripes and coach logo.  So I went with this.  Red Velvet cake with cream cheese buttercream.

Boo Lakers!  LOL.
